Rule 135IAC2-2. Operation of Vehicles on the Toll Road |
Section 135IAC2-2-4. Crossing median strip prohibited

No operator of a vehicle shall drive his vehicle across or upon the median strip. The use of designated cross-over areas is prohibited to all except emergency vehicles, vehicles owned or operated by the concessionaire, authorized non-revenue vehicles (described in 135 IAC 2-5-5), and others in emergency situations when directed by a police officer. The operator of a vehicle authorized to cross the median strip at designated crossovers shall yield the right-of-way to all traffic on the traffic lanes.
