Section 135IAC2-2-11. Compliance with orders and traffic control devices

No person shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of toll attendants at toll booths, flagmen of the maintenance forces and such other uniformed police officers as may be employed by the concessionaire for such purposes. No person shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any traffic control sign, signal or device erected or displayed on the toll road, unless directed otherwise by a police officer or toll road employee.
