Section 135IAC2-8-18. Passing

(a) Michigan train combinations may pass another vehicle traveling in the same direction only if the speed differential will allow the Michigan train combination to complete the maneuver and return to the normal driving lane within a distance of one (1) mile.

(b) Michigan train combinations shall not pass another vehicle traveling the same direction within one (1) mile of any service area or interchange.
