Section 130IAC4-2-2. Construction on commission land

No construction shall commence within any port or upon any port area without the prior written consent from the executive director, the port engineer, or the port director. Any authorized construction shall be limited to the area specifically approved in writing by the executive director, the port engineer, or the port director.
