Section 130IAC4-1-15. Compliance with orders

No persons shall disobey any lawful and reasonable order given by the executive director, port director, port security, or other duly authorized port employee. Port employees may be invested with the authority by the executive director or port director to carry on the business of the commission and to enforce the rules of the commission.
