Section 130IAC3-1-4. Impoundment of vehicles

Any vehicle or motor vehicle that is operated on any port road or port area, without authorization from the port director, or that is illegally parked or abandoned on any portion of the port area or road may be towed off the port area and road and impounded. The vehicle or motor vehicle shall not be removed from the place where it is impounded without first obtaining the proper release from the local police department and the payment of all towing, storage, and other costs and charges and at the owner's risk.
