Section 130IAC3-1-13. Applicability of state law

Except such that may have been modified or amplified by this title, the terms and provisions of 140 IAC 1 and 205 IAC 1 shall apply to the operator of a vehicle or motor vehicle on the port roads and port area same as if the operator was operating a vehicle or motor vehicle on the public highways of Indiana or railroad in Indiana.
