Section 130IAC2-1-5. "Oversize or unusual vehicle" defined

"Oversize or unusual vehicle" means those vehicles exceeding the maximum allowable dimensions and weights set forth in 130 IAC 3-1-12 and those vehicles that are not designed, used, or maintained primarily for the carrying of persons or property upon the public highways.
