Section 130IAC4-1-2. Unauthorized use of areas

(a) No one shall make unauthorized use of any area within the port area. Unauthorized occupants are subject to immediate ejection, and unauthorized material on site is subject to removal to storage areas at the owner's expense.

(b) Stevedores' tools, appliances and equipment, donkey engines, vehicles, or any other material or object, which are not part of the cargo, are not permitted to remain on the wharves or other public areas. Such materials shall be removed and stored at the owner's expense.
