Section 130IAC4-1-14. Searches of persons, vehicles, and cargoes

Every motor vehicle, truck, trailer, vessel, semitrailer, and any person or cargo therein shall be subject to complete search and inspection by the commission, through its authorized employees, or port security on entering or leaving the port area and within the port area. No person shall interfere with or hinder the commission or port security in the conduct of any search.
