Section 130IAC3-3-2. Regulation of water traffic

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), and except as provided by federal and Indiana law, the port director may regulate all vessels within the port area.

(b) The maximum speed for a vessel, regardless of its size, while the vessel is within a port area, is five (5) miles per hour.
