Section 11IAC2-6-1. Fee for obtaining telephone privacy list

(a) The fee for obtaining the telephone privacy list on CD-ROM or via download from the telephone privacy Web site is seven hundred fifty dollars ($750). The person paying this fee is entitled to four (4) consecutive quarterly publications of the telephone privacy list.

(b) The fee for obtaining the telephone privacy list in printed hard copy format is the fee established under subsection (a), plus fifteen cents ($0.15) per page.
