Section 105IAC5-9-2. Submission of current operating timetables

Any railroad operating or incorporated in Indiana shall submit one (1) copy of its current operating timetable for any operations within Indiana to the department. Timetables shall be filed with the department within fifteen (15) days of their adoption or amendment.
