Section 105IAC5-4-10. Lighted warning signs

For each clearance area that the department has approved a reduction of the clearance distance required by the Act, separately lighted warning signs advising of the close clearance distance, as described in section 13 of this rule hereto, will be erected and maintained in the size, manner, and in such positions as the department may direct.
