Section 105IAC5-2-9. Discontinuance of service; notice

When an interlocking is taken out of service train and engine movements through the plant must be made in accordance with precautions prescribed by statutes governing train movements over and across non-interlocking railroad grade crossings and drawbridges, and this Commission so notified of the change in operation when such change is in excess of a period of 48 hours.
