Rule 105IAC5-2. Abandonment of Railway Stations; Establishment of Interlocking Systems |

When the interlocking has been constructed and is maintained in compliance with Rule 6 [section 5 of this rule] of this order then and in that case, it is lawful for the engines and trains of such railroad, or railroads, to pass over such crossings and drawbridges without first coming to a full stop as prescribed by the Indiana statutes.
