Section 105IAC3-1-1. Fund requests

   Fund Requests. Applications for airport development funds will be made on forms and in a manner as prescribed by the Indiana department of transportation. The department shall review requests for funds for airport development and after determining that the project is necessary and is an orderly construction or expansion of an airport, shall issue a tentative allocation for the amount of the funds the department deems appropriate, taking into consideration the project priority and the availability of state funds.
