Section 105IAC12-2-7. Performance bonds

   At the discretion of the department, a successful bidder may be required to submit a performance bond in the form of a certified check, a cashier's check, or a performance bond acquired from a surety company authorized to do business in Indiana. If required, the amount of the performance bond and the time that it must be submitted will be specified in the invitation for bid. Performance bonds will be returned, upon request, at the successful completion of the contract.
