Section 105IAC12-1-19. "Public works" defined

   "Public works" means the process of building, altering, repairing, improving, or demolishing any public structure or building, or other public improvement of any kind to any public real property owned by or leased in the name of the state of Indiana; and it includes the routine operation, routine repair, or routine maintenance of existing structures, buildings, or real property.
