Section 105IAC11-2-12. Gifts

   A contractor shall not offer or give a gift, including, but not limited to, money, goods, services, meals, and entertainment, to any unit, officer, or employee of the department if such gift has a fair market value of ten dollars ($10) or more. Repetitive offering or giving gifts of a value of ten dollars ($10) or less is also prohibited. "Unit" means any district, division, section, or other group of department employees. Exceptions to this provision must be approved in writing by the department's commissioner.
