Section 105IAC7-1-26. Prohibited hours of work

The permitted work shall not be performed on the highway right-of-way between sunset and sunrise, unless specifically allowed by special provision to the permit. The permitted work shall not be performed on the highway right-of-way during the period beginning at 12:00 noon on the last weekday preceding and continuing until sunrise on the following: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
